Meeting with Ecofashionjunkies

August 25th, 2008 by Frans Prins Posted in Activism, Blog, Fashion

Just met up with Philipp from Ecofashionjunkies, a fresh new blog on ecofashion and quite promising. We had a lunch at the organic, vegetarian snackbar Yellow Sunshine around the corner of my house.

Ecofashionjunkies is a fresh new blog on ecofashion and one of the few Germany based green blogs in English, so a real concurrent, finally!

He has a lot of plans and ideas and is currently organizing a carrotmob in Berlin which is going to take place in October. Carrotmobs are a form of consumer-actions. Carrotmob is a non-profit organization that creates incentives for companies to make
socially-responsible business decisions by building a network of consumers and
leveraging the power of those consumers to give companies financial rewards

According to Philipp, carrotmobs are going to spread pretty soon, as a lot of people all over the world are in the planning stage. Visit the carrot mob website for more infos.
